Justin 'Judd' Edwards
Judd Edwards came to Blue Jacket in 2013 after serving time in jail for a crime he committed. He lost everything, and started from "rock bottom." He learned to identify himself not by his circumstance, but for what he could offer thanks to the Career Academy class. He is still with the same company he started with after graduation.

Wes McGhee
Wesley McGhee came to Blue Jacket in May of 2009 looking to find a steady job after facing hardships gaining employment. Almost 10 years later, Wes started a new position and has now been employed for almost a decade.

Daniel LoPresti
Daniel LoPresti was referred to Blue Jacket in 2014 after serving time in jail for a crime he committed. Daniel took what he learned, and the confidence he gained in the Blue Jacket Career Academy, to land a temporary job at Quadrant, which led to full-time employment. A man who had never held a job earning more than $10.50 per hour now had the ability to buy a home, purchase a truck and start a family that he could support comfortably.
